The One Stop Solutions is a claims management service. We help council and housing association tenants in England and Wales bring housing disrepair claims against their landlord.
Housing disrepair claims are handled on a no win, no fee basis. You will not be asked for any payment upfront, and if a claim is unsuccessful you pay nothing. Where a claim succeeds, the solicitor handling it deducts an agreed percentage of the compensation awarded. That percentage is set out in writing before you agree to anything.
We are paid a referral fee by the solicitor firms we introduce you to. This does not reduce the compensation you receive. You are not obliged to use our service. You can complain directly to your landlord, or refer the matter to the Housing Ombudsman, free of charge.
